UNIFORMS OR SCRUBS TO WHITE SWAN****
We must ask that you do this within 30 days of delivery.
For RETURNS or EXCHANGES it must not be washed, or worn.
It must be returned in the original wrapping with the tags.
Follow instructions below.
Should the package be torn or damaged in such a way you feel
it has damaged the uniforms.
Please take it back to the delivery company.
They are responsible for any damaged that has occurred during shipment.
Returns without exchange will be charged a restocking fee as stated below.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Usually there are two reasons you made your purchase.
The first being that WHITE SWAN provides a quality medical garment.
The second is that our prices saved you money.
In order to maintain this pricing structure for all customers
we must charge for shipping on all exchanges.
You will not incur any charges on any error caused by WHITE SWAN or US.
You will incur the shipping charges on the return and the new garment.
Credit if any will be issued after the new order is placed and garment(s) returned to us.
Re-order the new items through the web.
We will charge for the new items as in our standard policy.
We will issue a credit when we receive the returned items.

RESTOCKING FEE
All returns must be processed through our office and returned to our office.
All returns must be pre-authorized by us.
This should be done by e-mail so we both have a record (if possible).
In the e-mail state the reason for the return, and if you want it replaced, or your money back.
Your e-mail should also contain name, address, and phone number to verify all information.
Use either US mail, UPS, FEDX, DHL etc.
